Practice will consist of a mini meditation and guided flow intentionally created to provide a supportive space.  Next, we will move into a healing art activity where we use collage materials to explore what's been keeping us "stuck," and release it all through acceptance and abundance. Art will be facilitated by art therapist/expressive coach, Liz Van Buren We will close with a peace circle for optional sharing and discussion.

Art materials will be provided.
