About the Event
Take some time to fill your cup! Reflect and rejuventate at the start of your week during this self nurturing practice. Each session will begin with a 15 min guided meditation followed by 1 or 2 writing prompts. Time will be provided at the end for open discussion and optional sharing.
It is encouraged to set yourself up in a comfortable space, on your mat or bolster with any props that add peace and relaxation for you (i.e. incense, blanket, lemon water, coffee etc).
