About the Event
We will begin with a flow created to warm up the body, uplift the heart and calm the mind. Followed by a fun art activity led by Art Therapist, Liz Van Buren. This exercise is designed to help cope with any worry or anxiety so you feel more empowered to deal with whatever situation arises in your life.
Calmness, connection and laughter guaranteed!
All materials needed will be provided as well as light brunch refreshments!
