We can all agree 2020 didn't go according to anyone's plan.  It was certainly a year of twists and turns with a high level of intense emotions, but we often learn more from what we didn't plan than from what we did. Before we embark on our next adventure in 2021, we will look back over the year and show gratitude for our growth and resilient warrior status.

We will start with refelctive writing prompts on the year centering around our hardest lessons and biggest takeways that we will carry into the new year. We will then get our blood flowing and hearts pumping with an all levels vinyasa flow.
